Happy Birthday Party Package!

Happy Birthday to a good friend!  I made her a little birthday treat package, and dropped it off yesterday.  Earlier this year, I made this Birthday in a Box project using the Acetate boxes.   I wanted to do something similar, but without the acetate box.  I used a 6" x 8" cellophane bag instead.  If you don't have any cello bags this size, you could certainly do something with a large size sandwich bag.

In the bag, I put a mug cake mix, icing packet, balloon, and a candle.  It's an all-in-one birthday party!  I made the treat bag topper, card, and tag all to match this big envelope.  The whole color scheme was inspired from this zig zag wood print paper that I found at Hobby Lobby.

Finished package - tied some Burlap trim around the envelope, and added the tag.  The tag features the Playful Alphabet dies that I recently got.  I added a piece of Foam Adhesive to the Bermuda Bay card stock first, then ran it through with the dies, so the letters are all raised up.  I also added one small balloon punch.

This large envelope was made from an entire piece of 12" x 12" paper!

Tle Lit AF stamp from Ink Road Stamps was perfect for this project!
