Birthday in a Box

Everything you need for a birthday party in one box - cake mix (microwave in a mug) with icing, balloon, candle, and a wooden spoon to eat your cake!  All you need is a coffee mug to make the cake.  You can also slide a card in too if you want.

Put all of your birthday party items in an Acetate Card Box, and then glue/tape on a belly band made out of your favorite designer series paper.  I used See a Silhouette on this one, because I love the jewel-tone colors in it.

Tie some ribbon around the box and belly band - gold cord from years ago, and some Whisper White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding.

Cut some Whisper White card stock with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies, and then stamp some birthday fun all over it.  I used the Everything Amazing stamp set to add birthday balloons, hats, and candles all over.  Speckled with an old favorite, Itty Bitty Backgrounds.  Then I embossed the greeting in gold, and popped that up with Stamin' Dimensionals.

Pop this in the mail for a fun birthday treat!  Postage will run you a few bucks, but it's worth it.

Supplies you'll need to create these (Stampin' Up, unless otherwise noted.  Items may be retired.  DSP = Designer Series Paper):

Stamps:  Everything Amazing, "happy birthday" (Paper Pumpkin Dec 2019/Something for Everything), Itty Bitty Backgrounds
Ink: Blackberry Bliss, Pacific Point, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red, Old Olive, Versamark
Paper:  Whisper White, See a Silhouette designer series paper
Other:  Stitched So Sweetly dies, Acetate Card Boxes, Gold cord, Whisper White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding, gold embossing powder, wooden spoon (Amazon).

Thanks for visiting, and Happy stamping!
