May - Aug 2026 New Catalog Favorites

Hi

Just a reminder that I am generally Live on-line every Thursday at 8:00pm ET.  I stream to BOTH YouTube and Facebook simultaneously, but I recommend viewing on YouTube.

If you are not able to catch me live, you can watch over on YouTube.  If the picture does not appear below, you can click HERE to get to it.

First up is a slimline card featuring the Fern & Flora bundle.  I actually used packaging and die-cuts from my OnStage Make & Take packet.  Use whatever leafy bits you have.  I added a few of the small flowers and some flying critters.

Paper Measurements:
  • Mossy Meadow:  8 1/2" x 7", scored at 3 1/2"
  • Basic White:  3 1/4" x 8 1/4", for inside of card
  • Moonlight Flora DSP:  3 1/4" x 8 1/4"  (I used a piece of the packaging of my M&T kit that resembled the DSP)
  • Vellum:  (3) 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
  • Die-cuts and label from OnStage M&T kit
Finish off with some of the Dew Drops.

Stamps:  Fern & Flora bundle
Ink:  Basic Black Hybrid, Versamark
Paper:  Mossy Meadow, Peaceful Pine, Berry Burst, Golden Glow, Basic White, Gold Foil, Vellum, Moonlit Flora Designer Series Paper
Other:  Dew Drops, Gold embossing powder

Second project is a balloon-shaped card.  Use the largest size balloon die from the Balloon Festoon dies to cut two pieces for the base.  Then cut one size down with Basic White for the inside.  I scored along the left-side of the bottom piece.  This little edge is what attaches to the card front, and allows it to open.

I kept it pretty basic, but you get the idea - use those balloon dies to make this shaped card.  Neat!

Stamp some of the stars in Crisp Cantaloupe, and then white-emboss the greeting.

Paper Measurements:
  • Crisp Cantaloupe:  (2) 4 1/2" x 6", cut with largest size balloon die
  • Basic White:  4 1/4" x 5 3/4", cut with second largest size balloon die
  • Crisp Cantaloupe:  scrap to stamp and die-cut smaller balloon
Open - see how I scored on the bottom balloon pieces so the fold doesn't show on the front of the card.

Finish with some Faceted Gems in Calypso Coral and some White Baker's Twine for the balloons.

Stamps:  Balloon Festoon Bundle
Ink:  Crisp Cantaloupe, Versamark
Paper: Crisp Cantaloupe, Basic White
Other:  Essentials Baker's Twine (White), White embossing powder, Faceted Gems

Third project features the Bloom Boutique Suite.  It's rare that I like everything in a Suite, but this time I love it all!  This is a big suite - it's got two stamp/die bundles, paper, Butterfly embellishments, and some fun boxes.  I really love these scallop dies and greetings in the Scalloped Blooms Bundle.  This suite also features ALL of the newest In Colors!  Gotta love that!

I paired it with the April Product of the Month - the Eyelet Blooms die.

Paper Measurements:
  • Barely Blush:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
  • Barely Blush:  4 1/4" x 5 1/2", cut with Eyelet Blooms die then trimmed down to 4" x 5 1/4"
  • Basic White:  4" x 5 1/4", for inside of card
  • Bloom Boutique DSP:  2 1/2" x 5 1/2" strip plus larger piece to cut the larger scallop.  I cut both pieces of DSP from the same pattern.   Scallop die-cut is flipped over
  • Basic White:  scraps to stamp/die-cut flowers and scallop for greeting
  • Peaceful Pine:  scraps to die-cut leaves
Finish off with the NEW In Color Butterflies

Stamps: Boutique Blossoms Bundle, Scallop Blooms Bundle
Ink:  Golden Glow, Hydrangea Hue, Barely Blush
Paper: Barely Blush, Peaceful Pine, Basic White, Bloom Boutique DSP
Other:  Eyelet Blooms die, 2026-2028 In Color Butterflies

Last card features the gorgeous Sunset Coast Bundle and Scenic Coast Designer Series papers.  These dies are going to be really fun to work with.  FYI, I am currently designing a Mega Class that will feature this bundle and include the coordinating Painted Skies kit, along with some of the paper, sequins, and coordinating cardstock.  More to come on that online class in June....

For now, enjoy this card!  If you don't like pink clouds, just make your clouds whatever color you want.

Paper Measurements:
  • Gorgeous Grape:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
  • Scenic Coast DSP:  4" x 5 1/4"
  • Scenic Coast DSP:  2" x 4",  from the cut-off from the piece above, flipped over
  • Gorgeous Grape/Basic White:  scraps to die-cut pieces
Finish with some of the Sunset Sparkle Sequins

Stamps:  Sunset Coast Bundle
Ink:  Versamark
Paper: Gorgeous Grape, Strawberry Slush, Basic White, Scenic Coast DSP
Other:  White embossing powder, Sunset Sparkle Sequins

I hope you liked my first cards using my Favorites from this new May - August catalog.  Definitely more to come with each of these products in the next few months!

Join me this Thursday as I re-create a Stand-Up Notepad Holder that I made back in 2019 - before I was making videos.  See my original project here.

Thanks for visiting, and Happy stamping!
