After watching Sue's video (Krusin' Through Ink) from last night, I got into my craft room and pulled some scraps that I thought would work. This fun fold has a tri-fold element to it, along with a base piece (4 1/4" x 5 1/2").
I ended up using a piece of Garden Green Two-Tone cardstock that I had leftover, so my measurements are slightly different from Sue's.
So you make the tri-fold part, then glue the base layer inside....the right side edge hangs off.
Paper Measurements:
- Garden Green TT: 4 1/4" x 12", scored at 4 1/4", and 8 1/2"
- Pecan Pie: 4 3/16" x 5 1/2" (You want to start with 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", but take just a smidge off that short side so it fits nicely in between the folds of the Garden Green piece
- Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Floral Charm DSP: 4" x 4"
- Woven Textures DSP: 3 1/4" x 4", and 1 1/8" x 4"
- Pecan Pie: 2 1/2" x 2 1/2", cut with Stylish Shapes dies, embossed with Eyelet folder
- Pecan Pie & Basic White: scraps to stamp/die-cut/punch butterfly and greetings
Finished off with some Brass Butterflies.
