What a cool project! I know I didn't decorate the fronts - that's because I don't know who/what I'm going to use them for yet. Finished size is 3 3/4" x 6", and they're currently about 1/2" thick - with no pictures. My original idea is to treat these as mini albums. Add pictures (lots of room for 3" x 4" pictures), OR even gift cards for birthday/anniversary/Father's Day/Mother's Day (next year)...lots of possibilities.
I have to say - this was the first project that I actually used the Flip Flaps. WOW! What a game changer! I love these things, and fortunately I had the size that I needed for this Mini. I promptly placed an order for more. They come 3" x 3", 4" x 4", 3" x 4", and 4" x 6".

I really did start off with a long paper bag from Subway. Prior to cutting the ends off, the bag was just about 15" long. You'll want to fold it in half, and cut so it's 6" tall x 7" wide FOLDED. Unfolded it will be 6" x 14".
Paper Measurements:
- Subway Bag: 6" x 14", folded at 7"
- Front & Back Covers:
- Secret Sea: (2) 3 1/2" x 5 3/4"
- Mossy Meadow: (2) 3 1/4" x 5 1/2"
- Boho Vibes DSP: (2) 3" x 5 1/4" - use ONE piece, cut in half so you get the same prints on the front and back covers
- Left & Right Pockets: (these pockets are the ends of the bag.)
- Boho Vibes DSP/print #1: (2) 3" x 5 3/4"
- Boho Vibes DSP/print #2: (2) 3" x 5 3/4"
- Inside Panels: You will layer (4) Flip Flaps on top of these panels
- Secret Sea: (2) 3 1/2" x 5 3/4"
- Center Signature/Photo Book:
- Cloud Cover: 5 3/4" x 7", scored at 3 1/2"
- Triple-Pocket Tucks: (2) 6" x 6". I showed two different ways to make these.
- Pocket Inserts/Photo mats:
- Secret Sea/Mossy Meadow/Cajun Craze/Daffodil Delight: 3" x 5 3/4"
- same colors: scraps to make tabs
When you first open up this Mini, you see the left pocket flap, and a triple-pocket tuck that I made at the end of the video. It's paper-clipped to the signature/photo book that I sewed in the middle of the Mini.
Open that pocket out completely and you can see where that gusseted pocket holds the inserts/photo mats. These pockets are very large - so much more can fit in them. You can also see the stack of 3" x 4" Flip Flaps on that panel.

If you watched the video, you saw that I ripped through my middle stitch when I sewed in the middle Cloud Cover "signature". I pulled too hard! That was a 3-hole pamphlet stitch. I fixed it by poking 2 more holes and using a 4-hole pamphlet stitch. It covers up the boo-boo in the very middle!
Even though I messed up the stitching part, I still love how this Paper Bag Mini turned out! It's got a lot of potential!
