Welcome to the March 2025 Blog Hop, brought to you by the Friends of Unity Blog hoppers! For this month, we've got an amazing SKETCH, provided by Crystal Minkler! I love her sketches!
This month is also special because we're hosting a sketch challenge in the Unity Show & Tell Facebook Group for the month of March using our FOU sketch! You get to make your own card using any Unity stamps that you want, and add to the album!
And...Unity is offering two $25 gift cards for the winners!! How awesome is that?!
For my blog hop project, I brought out stamps and papers from a chicken bundle that I bought last month. Totally wasn't my style, but I loved it all together. Now I got to use it!
There are so many layers on this card. I cut one layer with my Postage Stamp dies (Unity Stamp Co), and a circle and scalloped circle with some others. Add some braided trim around the back side of that scalloped circle to give it a country feel.
I did put the chicken stamps in my MISTI and stamped them 6 times with Catherine Pooler's Midnight ink. I wanted those chicks nice and dark!
Thanks for hopping with us! If you comment as Anonymous, please leave your name so we know who leaves some love.
You probably got here from Kari's project, and the next stop is Jenni's project. If you want to start at the beginning, go to Crystal's post!
Here's a list of everything I used:
Stamps: Impeckable Silhouettes (Unity Stamp Co)
Ink: Midnight (Catherine Pooler)
Paper: Calypso Coral, Pool Party, Cluck & Bloom (Unity Stamp Co)
Other: Postage Stamp dies (Unity Stamp Co), Layering Circles (Stampin' Up), Braided trim, Iridescent Dots (in Pool Party)
I hope you enjoyed my project.
Thanks for visiting, and Happy stamping!
Toni
