A couple more Front Step Panel Pop Up Cards

It's another late night for me, but at least I have the day off tomorrow.  I'm in the middle of cleaning out my retired supplies, and re-organizing some things in my craft room.  It's an ongoing task, but I was determined to make some headway this weekend.   I did find some time to make some special birthday cards to send out.  

More Front Step Panel Pop Up Cards!  I'll give measurements for everything, but will direct you to this video here for a tutorial on making these Front Step Panel Pop Up Cards.

For the first one, I used one of my Paper Pumpkin May 2023 kit cards - with a Boho Blue background.  The cards are pre-printed on the front AND the back, so I cut the back side down for this main background layer.  Then I cut the front down to get the camper and lake.  I lined up the horizon when I cut that smaller front focal image.

Add some Linen Thread and a popped up greeting.  Finished with some Rustic metallic dots.

Paper Measurements:

• Boho Blue:  4 1/4" x 11", scored on the long side at 5 1/2", 6 3/4", 8 3/4", 10"
• Boho Blue:  2 3/4" x 5 5/8", scored on the long side at 3/8", 1 5/8"
• Paper Pumpkin May 2023 Exploring In Color card cut down:  4" x 5 1/4", 2 1/2" x 3 3/4"
• Boho Blue:  1 3/4" x 4", embossed with Basics #2 folder
• Basic White and Boho Blue:  scraps to stamp/cut/rip greeting

Ink:  Copper Clay

Other:  Basics embossing folder, Rustic Metallic dots, Linen Thread

Next I went with a floral theme, and some retired stamps, colors and papers.  Pale Papaya and Sweet Sorbet for this one.  Two different embossing folders.  Colored the flowers with Stampin' Blends markers, then hit the flowers with Wink of Stella.

I die cut the "Happy Birthday" twice, and glued them together.  Then trimmed off the "Happy".

Paper Measurements:

• Pale Papaya:  4 1/4" x 11", scored on the long side at 5 1/2", 6 3/4", 8 3/4", 10"
• Pale Papaya:  2 3/4" x 5 5/8", scored on the long side at 3/8", 1 5/8"
• Lovely in Linen DSP:  4" x 5 1/4"
• Boho Blue:  2 1/2" x 3 3/4", embossed with Script folder, 1 3/4" x 4", embossed with Tin Tiles folder (Tim Holtz)
• Basic White and Boho Blue:  scraps to stamp/cut/rip greeting

Stamps:  Hand-Penned Petals, Queen Bee

Ink:  Onyx Versafine, Sweet Sorbet

Paper:  Pale Papaya, Sweet Sorbet, Basic White, Lovely in Linen DSP

Other:  Happy Birthday die, Script embossing folder, Tin Tiles embossing folder (Tim Holtz), Clear Wink of Stella, 2021-2023 In Color Opal Gems
