Celebrating In Color - May 2022 Paper Pumpkin Alternates

Hi friends!

For the first time in A WHILE, I have some Paper Pumpkin Alternates for you!  I actually put all the base cards from the May 2022 Celebrating In Colors Paper Pumpkin kit together last month when I was scrapbooking up in Pennsylvania for the weekend.

This kit is very versatile - I didn't know WHAT I was going to use the cards for at the time, but I knew I would customize them somehow.

Turns out I needed a birthday card and a few graduation cards.  For the birthday card, it was a simple as punching out a few balloons from Parakeet Party cardstock and Gold Foil.  Added some gold baker's twine behind the balloons and popped them up!  

For the graduation cards - I stamped and hand-cut some graduation caps and diplomas.  Also stamped a few teeny tiny graduation caps on the cards.

The Slim Sayings stamp set came in handy.  I stamped it in Orchid Oasis, and cut with one of the Layering Circles dies.  Popped that circle up, as well as the hand-cut graduation caps.  

No picture, but the insides of the cards have the little pocket that came in the kit - I glued them in, and put checks inside for the graduates!  I hope they spend it on something fun and frivolous!

Other:  Layering Circles dies, Gold Baker's Twine, Balloon Duo punch, 

I haven't finished the other cards from this Paper Pumpkin Kit, so they may get altered as well...we'll see!
