{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 23 - Snowmie!

Hello Friends!

It's been almost a full week since I've been in my craft room, and I really enjoyed the few hours I got today.  I've had this card planned out for a while, using the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch Challenge 23, for June.  In my head, I thought Fresh Freesia and Starry Sky would look good together - and they do!

I got this Snowmie stamp from Unity last year, and never put ink on it...he's a big stamp.  I cut some off the bottom, so that I could follow the sketch.

Stamped him on Basic White cardstock, and then watercolored Fresh Freesia and Starry Sky using a clear block and water brush.  I smash the clear block into the ink pad, to make a pallette.  His nose is Balmy Blue...probably not the best color choice, but it is what it is.

When the watercoloring was completely dry, I covered the entire snowman in Shimmery Crystal Effects and then ran it through my container of Dazzling Diamonds glitter.  That's a LOT of glitter.

If that wasn't enough, I went over his hat with the Clear Wink of Stella marker to make it even more shimmery.  I love it!

Greeting is a combination using two different stamps sets.

I felt like I didn't need to add any gems or blind - with all the shimmer and glitter.

Other: Pick a Banner Punch, Shimmery Crystal Effects, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, Clear Wink of Stella marker, water brushes
