Hello Crafty Friends! For this week's video, I wanted to use some stamp sets and bundles that are NOT necessarily Fall-ish to create some beautiful Fall cards. I think your color choices can definitely set the mood for your projects, and even change how you view your finished pieces!

My first project was a pretty simple Outside of the Box use of the Artistically Inked stamp - color is everything, so using Bumblebee helped make this blobby flower a Sunflower. It could also be a Black-Eyed Susan if you want to think of it that way!
Stamp the flowers in Bumblebee, and add the centers in Soft Suede, and dots in Early Espresso. Pear Pizzazz leaves. Notice I stamped the greeting in Early Espresso, and then stamped a Bumblebee flower right on top of it.
Finished off with some Early Esprsso Faux Suede ribbon, Elegant Faceted Gems.
Paper measurements:
- Bumblebee 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
- Early Espresso: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Very Vanilla: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8", cut with Stitched with Whimsy dies
- Very Vanilla: 4" x 5 1/4" (for inside of card)
- Very Vanilla: scrap to die cut greeting
Ink: Bumblebee, Soft Suede, Early Espresso, Pear Pizzazz
Paper: Bumblebee, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla
Other: Stitched with Whimsy dies, Tasteful Labels dies, Elegant Faceted Gems, Early Espresso 1/4" Faux Suede ribbon.
Next up is a Fall Rainbow, again using the Artistically Inked bundle. I think a rainbow in any color scheme is beautiful. I used the oblong, blobby shaped stamp for this card and some non-traditional Fall colors: Bumblebee, Mango Melody, Just Jade, Gorgeous Grape, Magenta Madness, and Cinnamon Cider.
I love pink thrown in to a Fall card!
Add some Copper metallic bits, and it's got a Fall-y feel!
Paper measurements:
- Early Espresso: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
- Basic White: (2) 4" x 5 1/4" (1 for inside of card, 1 piece for layering)
- Basic White: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
- Basic White: scrap to stamp/emboss greeting
- Copper Foil: 4" x 5 1/2" piece, die cut two leaves out of it
Stamps: Artistically Inked bundle
Ink: Bumblebee, Mango Melody, Just Jade, Gorgeous Grape, Magenta Madness, and Cinnamon Cider, Versamark
Paper: Early Espresso, Basic White, Copper Foil
Other: Brushed Metallic dots, Copper embossing powder
My third project turned out even better in person, versus when it was in my head. The card is all Very Vanilla, with the exception of all that color ink blended onto the embossed foliage layer. I used the Merriest Moments bundle for this card, and die-cut and embossed the foliage piece. Ink blend a few colors and it's no longer Christmassy...it's definitely an Autumn bouquet.
Greeting is from a stamp set from the upcoming January-June 2022 Catalog.
I love embossing the Very Vanilla layer behind the bouquet. It adds even more texture to the card. I used the Timeworn Type folder, but anything would do.
Paper measurements:
- Very Vanilla Thick: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4".
- Very Vanilla: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", die-cut and embossed with Merriest Moments bundle
- Very Vanilla: 4" x 5 1/4", embossed with Timeworn Type folder
- Very Vanilla: scrap to die cut center rectangle.
Stamps: Merriest Moments bundle
Ink: Bumblebee, Pumpkin Pie, Magenta Madness, Gorgeous Grape, Cinnamon Cider
Paper: Very Vanilla (Thick and regular)
Other: Timeworn Type embossing folder, Elegant Faceted Gems, Diamond Weave ribbon
