{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 14 - Perfectly Plaid

Happy Monday Crafty Peeps!

My creationg for this week's Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers post features the new sketch for September!  I am really enjoying Crystal's sketches, and this one is a regular A-2 size card - easy peasy.

Check out the BYSH Cardmakers blog post for this month's sketch and details.  There is an album in their Facebook group that you can post your own creations in, and there is a PRIZE!  That's pretty awesome, so get your cards submitted!

My first card for this month is using the Tidings of Christmas paper pack (have you noticed that I've been using it for a lot of these sketch challenges?).  I like the colors - Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent.

Notice that I added a ruffle of the Evening Evergreen 3/8" Weave ribbon under my square.  I embossed that square with the Merry Melody folder.

Finished off with some of the Holiday Rhinestones, in red/cherry.

Here's a look at the sketch provided by Crystal Minkler:

I hope you join the fun with your own creation!  Here's a link to the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook Group.  You'll find the album for September under Media, and can add your pictures.

Supplies you'll need to create these (Stampin' Up, unless otherwise noted.  Items may be retired.):

Stamps:  Perfectly Plaid, Banner Year
Ink:  Evening Evergreen
Paper: Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, Basic White, Tidings of Christmas Designer series paper
Other:  Pine Tree punch, Merry Melody embossing folder, Evening Evergreen 3/8" Weave ribbon, Holiday rhinestones

Thanks for visiting, and Happy stamping!

Toni
