Butterfly Bouquet is BEAUTIFUL!

Hi Crafty Friends!  Great news!  The Butterfly Bouquet products went live today!  You can find the products here - https://www.stampinup.com/categories/whats-new/butterfly-bouquet    Keep reading below for a sample that I just made using left-over pieces of the butterfly paper!

 

Important bits to understand about this promotion:  

• The Butterfly Brilliance bundle (Butterfly Brilliance stamp set and Brilliant Wings dies) are an EARLY release product.  That means they will be available in the upcoming 2021-2022 Annual Catalog (goes Live May 4th).
• The Butterfly Bijou 6" x 6" designer series paper AND the Natural Touch Specialty papers are Limited Editions...while supplies last.  They will NOT carry over into the next catalog - so get these while you can!

Now for my AMAZING card.  :)   One of the prints in the Butterfly Bijou paper stack fits the largest die PERFECTLY, so you can cut out those butterflies.  I did that, and used some on a different card.  For this card, I also went back and hand-cut the left-over butterfly pieces from the edges...

 

 

Then take those edge-pieces that you just cut, and attach to the edges of a card layer...like this - You want them around the edges of your card, like they were on the original paper.  I didn't get mine put back in their exact spots.  I just lined up straight edges on either side.  I embossed the White layer with the Brick & Mortar folder before I glued the partial butterflies on top of that.

 

Add a swoop of some white ribbon on the card front, and then two of the larger, in tact, butterflies.  Stamp and punch the greeting, and add some Opal Rounds to finish it off.

 

 

Even if you're sick of butterflies, you can't resist how pretty these are....  :)

Paper: White (regular and thick), Butterfly Bijou designer series paper
