Sunflower Posies

It's not too far of a stretch to see these posies as sunflowers, is it?  I didn't think so...then again, I'm not a stickler for making sure things are the right color.

I stamped the flowers in Bumble Bee on Bumble Bee card stock - for the that tone-on-tone look.  Hand-cut them, and then embossed the centers with Early Espresso embossing powder.
I added some punched out stems and leaves in Early Espresso with the Sprig and Leaf punches.  Again - I know leaves aren't brown, but I liked it.

The Brick & Mortar embossing folder gave it some texture that I like, and then I embossed the greeting on a label die-cut from the Tasteful Labels dies.  I finished it with some Champagne rhinestones - only because I am totally OUT of the Gilded Gems!

I hope this gives you some ideas for using some of your stamps in a way, maybe they were not originally intended.

We're in the last week of July now, so don't forget about my July Workshop!  Get a pack of Gilded Gems with your qualifying order, using the hostess code.
