Motorcycle Tag!

Day #3 of a tag challenge over at Unity Stamp Co.  This tag started out with the 3" x 6" piece of paper from the See a Silhouette designer series paper pack.  All those orange and red splashes made me think of my friends that have Harley Davidson motorcyles...so I grabbed this stamp from the June 2018 Kit of the Month called We Can Rise, and got busy.

The tag is actually layered on a piece of Whisper White card stock, and then on Basic Black card stock - just to make it sturdy.

I added a bit of Brushed Silver cardstock, embossed with a Flames embossing folder (maker unknown), and then a scrap of Basic Black embossed with the Brick & Mortar embossing folder.  You can't really see the flames on the silver piece, but you can see some of the brick pattern - it's just for background interest.

From then, I added some pieces of washi tape. 

Stamp and the motorcycle on Whisper White Thick card stock, then color with Pumpkin Pie, Smoky Slate, and Basic Black Stampin' Blends markers.  Hand-cut it out, and attach with some Stampin' Dimensionals.  I thought it need some sparkle/shimmer, so I colored over the entire motorcyle with the Clear Wink of Stella pen.

Greeting is from the same set.  Stamp it in black, and hand-cut.  I glued this piece directly to the tag, flat.

Finished off with some black rhinestones, and stapled some Black 5/8" Glittered Organdy ribbon, and Silver cord.

Get out some of your scraps and make a tag - they're fun!

Other: Clear Wink of Stella pen, Pumpkin Pie/Smoky Slate/Basic Black Stampin Blends markers, black rhinestones, Black 5/8" Glittered organdy ribbon, silver cord, stapler.
