Halloween Treats and Tags

I had some wonky-size gifts to give for Halloween, so I made packaging with just a piece of the Monster Bash designer series paper.  About 9" wide x  10 1/2" tall.  Pay attention to the direction of the pattern.

Make a tube, and seal the bottom with Sticky Strip.  Don't press the sides down completely - leave them rounded/not creased.  Put your gift inside.  Punch holes in the top, and close with ribbon.

I made most of the tags with the Stitched Nested Labels dies as the base.  Embossed that with the Brick Wall embossing folder.

Added a stitched and scalloped circle, from Stitched Shapes and Layering Circles dies.  Stamped the cat poem on it.

Little strip is from Taylored Expressions.  It's the Halloween set in the Mini Strips and dies series.  One stamp and one die makes about 20 different strips like this.  Very cool!  I stamped some in black ink on colored paper, and embossed others in white.

Used one of my coveted Pewter Jumbo eyelets at the top, and tied on with some Basic Black Basker's Twine.

Finish off with rhinestones!

I hope this has given you another idea for how to package a little gift for someone.
