Tombstone Halloween Banner

EEEEeeeek!!! I made this cute banner for my desk at work.  I can't wait to hang it up this week!

I was really torn about what to spell out, so I decided on "tricky", but also stamped ghouly stuff on each tombstone.

I've had these tombstone dies from Spellbinders for years, and they do come in handy.  I cut 3 different sizes out of Basic Grey card stock, and sponged the edges and all over.

Then stamp the letters and punch out with 3/4" circle punch.  Again, sponge the edges.

Stamp all the random words, spiderwebs, bats, stars, moons...all over the tombstones, in black ink.

Stamp some other images, and hand-cut.  Words from Taylored Expressions Halloween Mini Strips set are embossed in white, and stamped in black... cut out with her die.

Assembly used a lot of Stampin' Ups NEW Black Stampin' Dimensionals, along with some glue dots and liquid glue.

Finish off with some Crystal Black Nuvo drops, sprinkled with some glitter, and some rhinestones.

Staple the tombstones to black ribbon for hanging.

Happy Halloween friends!  I hope this inspires you to create something fun!
