Lady Liberty says Hello

As a nod to our recent trip to New York City for Fourth of July festivities, I made this card using mostly Tim Holtz stuff.  I forgot that I had this embossing folder - it's cool to see names of places we visited!

Card base and embossed layer is Gray Granite.  I used liquid glue to attach the embossed layer.  I find that holds those embossed pieces better.

Stamped Lady Liberty in black, and colored in with Mint Macaron marker.  Mounted on Mint Macaron, and popped it up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

"hello" stamp comes from the Darling Label Punch box.  That is flush to the card.

Finished with some black enamel dots.  You could also use Nuvo drops or something liquid like that.

Supplies you'll need to create these (Stampin' Up, unless otherwise noted.  Items may be retired.):

Stamps:  Darling Label, Americana (Tim Holtz)
Ink:  black
Paper:  Gray Granite, Mint Macaron, Whisper White
Other:  Subway embossing folder (Tim Holtz), black enamel dots (Eyelet Outlet), Mint Macaron marker, Tombow Liquid Glue, Stampin' Dimensionals.

Thanks for visiting, and Happy stamping!

Toni
