Bird Ballad doily cards

OMG!  So pretty!  The Bird Ballad Laser-Cut Cards and Tin is BEAUTIFUL!  You get 12 of the laser-cut cards, scalloped envelopes, and a beautiful Petal Pink and gold tin to store some treasures.  I made a few cards, using the same design.  I added card stock behind the laser-cut - you  must apply glue carefully...but you can do it!

After you've got the card base ready to go, stamp your birds and greeting in black.  I colored in with Stampin' Blends markers, and hand-cut everything.  The one with the three birds on a limb was a little more detail-cutting than I usually like, but I got through it - for the sake of art. :)

For the Purple Posy card, I covered the entire bird and dirt in Clear Wink of Stella to give it some shimmer.  I also used Purple Posy AND Petal Pink Stampin' Blends to color this bird.  I like the different colors together.

These really are gorgeous laser-cut cards!

Ink:  Black

Paper:  Very Vanilla (thick), Vellum, Petal Pink, Purple Posy, Bird Ballad Laser-cut Cards and Envelopes

Other:  Layering Ovals dies, 2 1/2" and 2 1/4" circle punches, Stampin' Blends (Petal Pink, Purple Posy, Crumb Cake, Old Olive, So Saffron, Daffodil Delight, Soft Sea Foam), Clear Wink of Stella pen, Gold 3/8" Metallic Edge ribbon, Mini Glue Dots, Stampin' Dimensionals.
