Yesterday, I showed some quick tags you could make at the last minute for your holiday wrapping. Eve though Christmas is just about over now, these are still great ideas for when you need a quick tag for anything.
Just a reminder that I go Live on my Facebook Page every Thursday at 11:00am ET.
If
you did not catch me live, you can still watch it on my Demonstrator Page later, OR on YouTube. If the picture does not appear
below, you can click HERE to get to it on YouTube.
For those of you not into videos, I'll
give a brief description of what I did for each project. All of the
paper cutting measurements are provided in the description
of the YouTube video.
The
first gift tag is the absolute EASIEST gift tag in the whole wide world! Use white mailing labels. Stamp a little something on the side, and write the name on the rest. DONE!
Colors: Real Red
The next one is just a SMIDGE more difficult. Stamp To/From on a scrap of cardstock, and use just about any shaped punch that you have. I used the Lovely Label punch here. Punch a hole up top, and loop in some Baker's Twine, ribbon, yarn...whatever you have.
Colors: Tuxedo Black Memento, Shaded Spruce, Real Red
The third tag took about 10 minutes tops. Use the Tag Topper punch of your choice on the base strip of card stock, then emboss it with whatever folder suits you. Add some layers of punched out circles (emboss them if you want too), and add a punched out shape. I used the Moose punch here. Just popped him up with Black Dimensionals. Stamp and hand-cut the greeting. Rip the bottom of the tag for interest.
Finish off with two different colors of ribbon, and some Champagne Rhinestones.
Colors: Cinnamon Cider, Early Espresso
Other: Wrapped in Texture embossing folders, Fancy Tag Topper punch, Moose punch, 2 1/2" and 2 1/4" circle punches, Cinnamon Cider ribbon, Early Espresso Faux Suede ribbon, Champagne rhinestones
Here's a picture of it on the package -
The final gift tag was the most time consuming, but still only took 10 or so minutes to make. The Garden Green base has a strip of Wonder of the Season Specialty paper. Then add some golf foil cut with the Wild Rose dies, and add some layering ovals die cuts. Emboss the Whisper White oval with the Parisian Flourish embossing folder.
Gold-emboss the tree and greeting on Garden Green, and punch/hand-cut those pieces out. Finish off with some Gold Glimmer Enamel Dots, and two different ribbons - Snowflake Splendor and the gold twine from the Forever Greenery combo pack.
There's only one more week left to get in on my December Workshop - you can get a roll of this Snowflake Splendor ribbon for FREE, along with a make-n-take kit!
I am planning on going Live next Thursday, which is New Year's Eve. I may not do any live stamping, but I do have some announcements to make, and I'm sure I'll have something pretty to show you.
I hope everyone has had a Blessed Holiday this year - we sure need it!
Thanks for visiting, and Happy stamping!
