Non-traditional Christmas Colors

I made this card for a recent swap with other demonstrators-  Non-traditional Christmas Colors.  I love purple and pink together for the holidays!  I've used Melon Mambo, and Gorgeous Grape for this one.

I started off with the Buffalo Check background in Melon Mambo.  Layered that onto Gorgeous Grape and then popped up on the Melon Mambo card base with some Stampin' Dimensionals.

Then I stamped and punched out some of the trees from Perfectly Plaid bundle, in the same colors.  Punch them out with the matching Pine Tree punch (also in the bundle).

The greeting is included in the Perfectly Plaid stamp set.  I added that in Gorgeous Grape, and cut the end off with the Banner Triple Punch.  Tape/glue that down, and add the trees.  The trees are all popped up with dimensionals.

Finish off with a rhinestone on each tree. 

Don't like the pink and purple for your holiday cards?  Make it in whatever your favorite colors are!

Paper:  Melon Mambo, Gorgeous Grape, Whisper White

Other:  Pine Tree punch (included in bundle), Banner Triple punch, Rhinestones.
