Music Fest inspired

We spent this entire weekend at the M3Festival, which was a 3-day concert with a bunch of 80's rock bands.  It was an AWESOME time, and we ran into a friend of ours there... so that was pretty cool too.

I immediately thought of these two stamp sets - Country Livin and Incredible Like You (both of which are retiring!), so I made him this card.

I used Smoky Slate for the card base, and the cut-out guitar.  Then layers of Basic Black and Gray Granite.  That's Champagne Foil there, because I happened to have a bunch of leftover strips of it laying on my table.  That's how I roll with a card sometimes - whatever is within reach has the chance to end up on whatever I'm working on at the moment.  :)

I stamped all of the guitars (even the cut out one) in Gray Granite ink.  Added some staples and rhinestones to finish it off.  The guitar is popped up with Stampin' Dimesionals, and then the black layer is popped up too.

Supplies you'll need to create these (Stampin' Up, unless otherwise noted.  Items may be retired.):

Stamps: Country Livin', Incredible Like You
Ink: Gray Granite, Tuxedo Black Memento
Paper: Smoky Slate, Basic Black, Gray Granite, Champagne Foil
Other:  mini stapler, Rhinestones, Stampin' Dimensionals

Thanks for visiting, and Happy stamping!
