Stitched Rectangle dies - frame a card

Do you have the new Rectangle Stitched framelit dies yet?  You need them!  13 different size dies gives you a lot of options to create layers and frames.  I used two different sizes here to make this frame out of Sahara Sand card stock.  These dies are EXTRA cool because they make the stitch pattern on both the inside and outside of the cut line.  That piece in the middle...I'll use that on something else.

I taped the designer series paper down directly to the Powder Pink card front, and then popped the frame up with some Stampin' Dimensionals all around it.  Tied a bit of the Petal Pink ribbon, from the Metallic Ribbon Combo pack - just tie it in a knot.

The Rectangle Stitched framelit dies come bundled with the Amazing Life stamp set that I used.  I stamped the Happy Birthday on a 3/4" strip of Whisper White card stock, and the cake on a scrap piece.  I colored the cake in BEFORE I hand-cut it.  Then I added some glue, and ran it through some Dazzling Diamonds glitter.

I love the stitched look, and I see lots of possibilities for it.

Supplies you'll need to create these (Stampin' Up, unless otherwise noted.  Items may be retired.):
