Stitched Hearts for two

While I've been working with the Meant to Be bundle, I noticed that two of the dies do not actually cut OUT hearts.  They cut out a stitched heart shape from your paper - perfect!  This is the back-side of the dies - see how that stitching goes right up to to the edge?

I made two different cards using these stitched-hearts as the focal point.  For the first one, I placed the larger stitched heart off-center.  Kind of down in the bottom left corner.  I added just two more cut-out hearts in Lovely Lipstick and Basic Black, and a couple of the Heart Epoxy Droplets

The "Love you a lot" is from the To Have and To Hold stamp set.   It was the perfect size for the corner here.

Close-up of the Epoxy hearts - they really kind of disappear in the pictures.  The Lovely Lipstick heart is die-cut, and the black one is hand-cut.  Both are popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

One the second card, I tried to really center the largest stitched heart.  This time, I went with Lemon Lime Twist ans Basic Black - not traditional Valentine colors, but I love the results!

I still clustered the cut out hearts off to the side, but I like the larger stitched heart centered.  I also finished off with some of the Heart Epoxy Droplets.

What do you think?  Do you have a preference of colors?
