Bloomin' Heart Valentine

This is actually a card.  I used the retired Hearts Framelits.  Cut (2) of the largest size (scalloped).  Attach with sticky strip at the very top, and fold so you can open it.

"xoxo" and the banner is from the Circle Card Thinlits.  I also used the Precision Base Plate, and it really works nicely with the detailed Bloomin' Heart thinlits.
