Made this for a recent "Wings and Things" swap. To make the little butterfly pieces, punch the Bitty Butterfly out of Whisper White cardstock first. Then punch around that butterfly with the 1 1/4" circle punch. Punch out a piece of colored cardstock with the 1 3/8" circle punch, and layer them together with Stampin' Dimensionals so it pops. Then add a little pearl. Easy, but so pretty!
