I actually made similar bags for my 3-D Convention swaps, back in June/July. The far left one is made with Stampin' Up fabrics. The other two are with fat quarters that I got at Joann's. The pattern I used is called "Zippy Strips", and there are 3 different bag patterns in the pack. I just googled and found it on-line.
They have zippers on the top! The insides are lined as well. The same pattern as the top strips.
They weren't very hard to put together - and I'm not really a "sewer", so if you're good at sewing, they would be a breeze for you to whip out.
I love how they turned out, and will be giving these as gifts as well.
