Here we are at Week 2 of my 12 Weeks of Christmas Cards 2026 edition! I'm making a batch of four Christmas cards every week and sharing with you,
This week's batch is using some non-traditional papers as the background: Mosaic Gardens. Not really screaming HOLIDAY, but I like the patterns and colors. They bring me JOY. Ha!
Paper Measurements:
- Pretty Peacock: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
- Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4", for inside of card
- Crisp Cantaloupe: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Mosaic Garden Designer Series Paper: 3 13/16" x 5 1/16"
- Pretty Peacock: scraps to die-cut all of the letters with Party Alphabet dies
- Basic White: 1 1/4" circle
- Mosaic Garden DSP (same pattern used above, other side): punch from scraps 1 3/8" circle
Die-cut letters and center on the card front, then pop up a layered greeting.
Finish off with some Petal Pink Foiled Gems. They go well enough with the Crisp Cantaloupe...no one will notice.
Supplies you'll need to create these (Stampin' Up, unless otherwise noted. Items may be retired.):
Stamps: Design a Tag
Ink: Pretty Peacock
Paper: Pretty Peacock, Crisp Cantaloupe, Basic White, Mosaic Garden Designer Series Paper
Other: Party Alphabet dies, 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" Circle punches, Petal Pink/Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems
Tune in next Sunday for Week 3's cards!
Thanks for visiting, and Happy stamping!
