Craft Roulette Challenge #113 - Flowing Flowers

Craft Roulette just had their 113th episode!  This is only my 14th submission, and it's been over 2 months since I had time to participate, but I was so glad I could squeeze this in tonight.  I just got home from a weekend crop, and I'm exhausted!  :)

You can find Craft Roulette on YouTube - it's put on by Mary Gunn.  You will LOVE IT!  She has a guest stamper every Friday night, and they spin the wheel for parameters to determine what we make that week.

Episode #113 parameters, and how I met them:

• Project:  Artist's Choice.  I chose a 4 1/4" square card

• Colors:  Any 2.  Purple and Green

• Element: Flowers...self explanatory.

• Random: Wood.  Little bit of wood print paper.

Paper Measurements:

• Fresh Freesia:  4 1/4" x 8 1/2".  Scored in half at 4 1/4"

• Parakeet Party:  4" x 4"
• Basic White:  3 7/8" x 3 7/8"

• Basic White: 4" x 4" (for inside of the card)

• Parakeet Party:  1" x 4"
• Basic White:  scrap to stamp/cut flower

I stamped my background of leaves and dots, then added a ripped piece of Wood designer series paper.  Stamp the greeting on a strip of Parakeet Party, using Early Espresso ink.  Glue all that down flat.

Stamp the flower in Fresh Freesia, and hand-cut it.  Pop that up with Stampin' Dimensionals, then the whole layer is popped up on the card base.

Finish off with a bunch of Iridescent Rhinestones.

I really hope you check out Mary's Craft Roulette channel.  It's a lot of fun to watch, and try to participate.  Plus she's nice, and always has a great guest stamper.

Stamps:  Flowing Flowers, Forever Fern

Ink: Early Espresso, Fresh Freesia, Parakeet Party

Paper: Fresh Freesia, Parakeet Party, Basic White, In Good Taste Designer Series paper

Other:  Iridescent Rhinestones
