I wanted to make my sister-in-law's card with 40 balloons, and that was a little trickier than I expected! Most of my balloons were too big, but I found this one in a Simon Says Stamp set that don't have a name on them. It's from the Simon Says August 2016 Card Kit. I'm actually not convinced that August is the correct month, because Google can't even find the one I've got.
SO. Use any size balloon that fits your needs. For this card, I needed a small-ish size balloon. And 40 of them. Little happy birthday is from the same set.
Colors from the bottom going up are: Bermuda Bay, Lemon Lime Twist, Coastal Cabana, Mango Melody, and Poppy Parade.
I stamped all the balloons and added a few rhinestones. Card base is Coastal Cabana, with a Lemon Lime Twist later.
Here is how I dolled up the envelope - I made a tag, and tied it on with all of the Peekaboo Peach crinkled seam binding that I had.
For the tag, I stamped her name out with an old alphabet set, Alphabet Fun Upper and punched out with the Everyday Label punch. It barely fits, but that's okay. Then I added some wee flowers from Paper Pumpkin set. More rhinestones in the flower centers.
That's it! I hope she likes it!
