Old with the New - Christmas Peace

I'm in the middle of pulling Christmas stamps from my shelves for a Christmas in July thing, and I came across this old set.  Christmas Peace!  It's an old one, and the very first Christmas set that I ever bought.  I only have this tree left from the set, but I love it!

I paired this old favorite Christmas tree with another old/retired Christmas set (the greeting), along with NEW colors and a really cool new embossing folder.

Stamp the tree in Shaded Spruce (perfect for a tree!), and hand-cut.  Then glitter it to your liking.  More glitter is always better in my book.  :)

The background is made with the new Tufted embossing folder.  It's one of the 3-D folders, so it's got extra dimension.  I love it, and I can see plenty of other uses for it.

Happy almost-Christmas in July!  I hope you enjoy this Christmas card.  I'm going to make 7 more today, so I have 8 finished and can add to my Christmas card pile.
