I was late making a birthday card for my friend, so I had to give it a little extra love. I wanted to use the Berry Burst Finely Woven Ribbon that I have, but I didn't want to just tie it in a bow or a knot. So I decided to make a ruffled edge around this circle!
Apply Fast Fuse along the outer edge of the circle (on the back), and attach the ribbon around, pleating as you go. This is what you end up with. I put dimensionals all over the back of this, to make sure it won't come off.
I added a bow of Whisper White Baker's Twine to the medallion front, and a cut out of the present.
