Hexagon embossing folder + ink = Chicken Wire

Well...it gives you a FAUX chicken wire look!  This is a really fun technique.  Ink up the raised side of your embossing folder.  I used an ink spot, because I happened to have one handy.   A rubber brayer and your ink pad would get you a more evenly ink image, but I wasn't concerned with that here.  I just tapped that ink spot all over the folder.

Add your cardstock to the uninked side of the folder.  Close the folder, and PRESS with your HANDS.

That's it!  This is what you'll end up with, ready to use on your card.  Easy, right?  :)

Give it a try with other embossing folders that you have laying around.  It's a very fast and cool technique.
