I'm so glad that other demonstrators share their great ideas! I would have never noticed the 3" x 6" Gusset bags in the catalog, if not for another demo making this great treat holder.
Thanks to Kelly Acheson for making a video - here is my quick guide info for making this treat.
DSP: 2 7/8" x 9". Score at 1", 3", 7 3/4"

For my tag, I used the single Halloween Treat stamp. Stamped it in black, and then just added a little orange color with a marker. Hand-cut it.
Stampin' Up supplies that you'll need to create this:
Stamps: Halloween Treat
Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento
Paper: Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series paper, Whisper White
Other: 3" x 6" Gusset bags, Halloween Night Baker's Twine, 1/8" hole punch, CANDY of your choosing.
