Double Cut-out Butterfly card

I cased this from my stamping friend, Mary Wesche.  She sent me a lovely swap card.  I had to change it around a bit, but this was definitely her idea and design.

You cut the butterfly thinlit through 2 layers of cardstock - the front of your card base, and that top layer.  It actually took 3 swipes through the Big shot to get everything cut out.  Then you sandwich a piece of window sheet between the base card and the green layer.

I added some designer paper and ribbon to the green layer before sticking it down onto the card base.  You line up the butterfly cut outs perfectly.  Then stick your  Daffodil Delight butterfly onto the top of the window sheet.  I used some of the Tombow Liquid glue.  I also added some punched out butterflies with a dimensional so they sit up.

Here's how the card looks when you open it up..

Very cool card!  A lot of work, but so pretty.
