Thanks to Diane M for finding this great idea and showing us how to make it!
This balloon is actually made with the OVAL framelits! Hand-cut the bottom of the balloon and tie the metallic twine around it. Attach with the liquid Tombow glue.
I love this Crazy About You stamps set, and can't wait to get it for myself. Lots of good words in there, and it comes in a bundle with Hello You framelits (words - happy, you, hello, and thanks). Lots of possibilities with this one!

Ink: Bermuda Bay
Paper: Whisper White, designer paper ( could be anything...we used last year's SAB card kits)
Other: Silver Metallic twine
