Tulips by the fence

Got this idea for the fence and flowers from Frances Kukulis.  I love the fence!  Use the Hardwood background stamp to make the fence.  Cut the tops into "v"s to make the fence posts, or use the triangle punch if you have that.  Super easy!

For the flowers, I inked up the flower image using the Raspberry Ripple and Always Artichoke markers.  Then colored in with Primrose Petals and Wild Wasabi markers.  Cut it out, and attach to the front of your card using dimensionals behind the blooms, so they pop up a little more.  Glue dots or mono behind the leafy parts.
