Spring Stamp Camp - Easter grass "basket"
How CUTE is this??? Use your fringe scissors to make grass, and wrap that cardstock all around the larger size can of tuna/chicken. You'll need to open the can with the Pampered Chef can opener - it leaves the top edge very smooth, so no one will cut themselves on it. Wash it really good, and start decorating.
I used (3) strips of Gumball Green. 3" x 8 1/2". Fringe cut down about 1". Wrap those around the can, using Sticky Strip. I staggered the strips, so it all looks like a full double layer of grass around the entire can.
NO STAMPING on this project. EEEK!!! :) Just lots of cutting and punching.
You'll be making that chick out of the Bird Builder punch. Punch the bird, and you may have to cut it's tail off, so it fits behind your "egg". Use a tiny black marker to draw in the eye ball on your chick.
Egg is made using the Wide Oval punch. Punch out your designer paper, and jiggidy-jag cut the cracked egg by hand.
Supplies you'll need to create this:
Paper: Gumball Green (126840), Calypso Coral (122925), Daffodil Delight (119683), Watercolor Wonder Designer series paper (132994), Whisper White (100730)
Other: Fringe scissors (133325), 2 3/8" Scallop circle punch (118874), 1 3/4" circle punch (119850), Bird Builder punch (117191), Sticky Strip (104294), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430), larger size can tuna/chicken - cleaned out and cut smoothly cut.
