The strip of glitter along the edge is made with Sticky Strip. Just lay Sticky Strip up the whole card, then dip into Dazzling Diamonds glitter and press it down with your fingers so it really holds. I love it! For a different look, you could use the multi-purpose glue or Crystal Effects if you wanted, and you'd have to let it dry.
