I dyed the Ribbon Rose on the blue dress with water and some reinker (a LOT of reinker actually). Let it dry, and attached it with Crystal Effects. I used Crystal Effects instead of the Liquid Glue, because the Crystal Effects seems to set up and dry faster than the glue. You could really use either.
