It's a Par-fect Day!

I made this card for my friend's boss.  He's retiring this week, and it's his birthday so she asked me to make a special card for him.  It's a 5 1/4" square card.  I lined the envelope with matching designer papers too, so it's REALLY fancy.  :)

Ink:  Black

Other:  Big Shot, circles/scallops nesties, Not Quite Navy Taffeta ribbon, Large Oval and Scallop Oval punches, Markers (Marina Mist, Not Quite Navy, Crumb Cake, Going Grey, Certainly Celery)
