It's a telescoping card - I love these kinds of active cards!
Here it is spun completely out. It's for "9-Ball", so all the colors are the balls in order.
Stamps: Birthday Greetings, Letterpress Alphabet, Stars and Swirls (all retired)
Cardstock: Yoyo Yellow, Brilliant Blue, Real Red, Lovely Lilac, Only Orange, Handsome Hunter, Baroque Burgundy, Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink: Black, Yoyo Yellow
Other: Circle cutter, Whisper White grosgrain, Silver brads
