My first try at one of these crumpled looking layered flowers. I really like the shabby chic look of it all!
For my pizza box, I cut the cardstock down to 8" x 10 1/2". Hold the cardstock "portrait", and score in 1" from each end. Turn it to "landscape", and score in 1" and 5 3/4" from each end. Assemble like a regular pizza box. It's so EASY!
I also ran a piece of 1st Edition designer papers through with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, then sponge all over it with the Pear ink. Really distresses it nicely.
The scalloped crumpled flower is made with 10 layers of the Scallop Circle punch. I used the 1st edition papers, which are thinner than regular designer series papers, so there was no need to spritz with water. Crumple them all up. Uncrumple a little, poke your hole in the middle, and attach a brad. Then re-crumple and bend the flowers up and in to suit you. Sponge some ink on it when you're done.
