Hi Bloggers! It's been a while since I posted, but I can assure you that I have been busy. Life gets in the way of stamping sometimes. :( I got this super cute idea from Dawn Griffith's site. It's layers of the Fun Flowers die and wide striped ribbon, all attached together with a brad. The back piece is the largest flower from the die, attached to the whole thing with stampin' dimensionals, so you can't see the back of the brad or where the ribbon attachs. Covers all that up nicely.
I also ran the flowers through some embossing folders, and then sponged them. Sponging the embossed pieces really makes the embossing pop out. Crinkle the flowers as well, to give even more texture.
No stamping on this - unless you count sponging.
Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, Soft Suede
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Soft Suede
Other: brad, Wide striped Chocolate Chip ribbon (from last year's book...but it's close enough to Early Espresso), Crop-o-dile, Big Shot, Finial Press and Vintage Wallpaper embossing folders, Fun Flowers die, sponge daubers, stampin' dimensionals
