25 Days of Christmas 2017 - Day 8

Thanks for coming back for Day 8 of my 25 Days of Christmas 2017 ideas challenge.  Today I've got a Gift Card holder for you.  Glitzy and gold!  I've used one of the Gold-Striped Bags, with a card inside to hold your gift card.

The outside of the bag features the largest thinlit from the Lots of Labels thinlits, dolled up with some Faceted gems, a gold doily, and some trees cut out of Gold Glimmer paper.  The "tag" is attached to the front of the bag with dimensionals on the corners, so you can still open the bag without messing it up.  The flap of the bag just tucks under the top of the tag.  Bag is closed off with a Gold clip that has some Basic Black Shimmer ribbon tied to it.

The inside of the bag has a card (5 1/2" x 4 1/4") with a strip of Gold Foil to hold your gift card in place.  The gold foil strip is only attached at the ends with glue dots, so it's like a seat belt for the gift card.

I had fun with this gift card holder.  I like the gold and black - it feels fancy!
