For this card, I used one of the Balloons from the Celebrate Today bundle - punched it out with the 2" circle punch.
To make the "port hole", I punched the Real Red cardstock with the 2" circle punch first, then punch with the 2 1/2" circle punch. You can see the first hole in the middle, to help you line it up so you get a ring. I added pearls all around the outside.
