I also dolled up the front of the mini treat bag with a doily, a couple of butterflies, some ribbon, and some bling. It's awesome!
I attached that strip of designer paper at the bottom of the card only on 3 sides (left, bottom, right), so it leaves the top open to slide a gift card into it.
