Holiday Home 3-D shadow Star box

This is one of the projects we worked on while I was in Minnesota a few weeks ago.  Original idea was posted to Pinterest by Heather Klump.  Thanks for a great idea Heather!  It actually took 3 demonstrators about 16 hours to make 4 of these boxes...it was a lot of work, and I'm glad I have this one, because I won't be making another one.  :)

We hand cut the stars and made the box from scratch.  Stamped all the houses and trees, cut them each out, glittered/snowed them.  Cut more stars so that the houses and trees could be mounted on them and layered inside the box.  Embossed Santa and his reindeer on that designer paper layer in the very bottom of the box.  LOT of work.  I finished mine with Cherry Cobbler glitter Details on the very edge, but it's hardly showing up. Very cute, but never again.
