While I was on a roll making some more coaster calendars, I grabbed up some Peach Parfait for this one.  I really like this color!

Wild Wasabi Coaster Calendar and Custom Box

Got distracted from cleaning today by STAMPING!  I love it though, so it's no biggie.  The laundry can wait, you know?  I made this coaster calendar and a custom pizza box for my friend.

Birthday Rolodex Calendars

I made a few Birthday Rolodex Calendars for some friends this year too.  Similar to what I had for my Calendars class earlier this month.  I got the Rolodexes at the office supply store, and just made the pages for the months.  The idea is that you use the rolodex cards to put the person's name/address on it, then write the date in the top corner (or somewhere on the card).  So you have their date and address handy for sending out cards.

Desktop Coaster Calendars

Hello everyone!  I hope everyone's enjoyed their holiday season.  I'm winding down after all the preparations and making gifts...still have to clean the house from all my crafting.  When I'm trying to get a lot done, I end up with projects ALL over the place.  Really.  I should try to get better about that.  Maybe next year.  :)

So here are a few of the desktop coaster calendars that I made for my mom and some friends.

I used some of this year's In Color designer series papers to cover the coasters, then a bit of cardstock to layer the little calendars.

Snowflakes Top Note Gift Box

I love making these boxes with Top Note covers for the front and back.  So many options!  I did this one with a snowflake theme, to go with any winter celebration.  I like to double layer the front and back top note pieces, so it hides the brad and looks more finished.

I embossed both the front and back pieces with the Northern Flurries folder, but only put the bling accents on the front piece.

Embossed Trees

Cased this one from splitcoast as well.  Very easy - emboss some scraps, and cut them into triangles.  Add some bling at the tops of the trees!

I made both of these cards using the same stamp sets, and the same designer papers, but different base colors.  I love how similar, yet different they are.

Bloggers Challenge - Birthday

This week's challenge is a birthday theme!  I cased this design, and changed it a wee bit.  Direct-to-paper on the Mustard strip of cardstock.

I love these colors!  Case'd this off of splitcoast, and it turned out so much prettier than I expected.  The embossed background really makes a difference.
