This set by Artistic Outpost truly does remind me of our trip to Holland several years ago. I loved the Dutch Delft blue pottery, and that's what inspired this card.

Bird & Dog houses
Came across this great idea on Amy Water's blog. It's a bird house, created by the famous Nichole Heady! The pattern is available on Nichole's web site here. Just print the pattern right onto your colored cardstock, add the roof (dimensions for roof are included on the pattern itself), and decorate to your heart's content!
The bird house was one we made at my Spring Stamp Camp this weekend.
Stamps: Cheep Talk
Cardstock: Bashful Blue, Creamy Caramel, Whisper White
Ink: Ruby Red, Crushed Curry
Other: 1 1/4" circle punch, Sticky Strip, Old Olive/Close to Cocoa markers
The dog house is actually my first attempt with this pattern. It really does come together quite easily. Give it a whirl!
Stamps: D is for Dog
Cardstock: Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink: Basic Black, Real Red
Other: Stampin' Dimensionals
I did use the Direct-to-Paper technique on the house itself before I assembled it, but you can't hardly tell in this picture.

March is a party month at Artistic Outpost! One of the owners and THREE of their design team members are having birthdays this month. Happy Birthday, Shelley, Lisa, Gerrie and Shelly! Matter a fact, they all share the same birthday!
They are also helping their friends over at Gingersnap Creations celebrate their first birthday with some Artistic Outpost Blog Candy*. Gingersnap Creations is a collaborative blog for stampers and mixed media artists.
Since Artistic Outpost will be partying all March, they changed the Monthly Referral Program to a "theme" this month. The theme is Party and Celebration. See this Artistic Outpost Blog Post for more information on how you can win a $50 Artistic Outpost Gift Certificate.
*Note there is a separate give-away on the Gingersnap Creations Blog

Thanks for the coffee!
I'm so glad I found these stamps last year - they were perfect! I asked my friend to mail me back some coffee while she's out in Hawaii, and I got it the other day. Of course I had to make a coffee-themed card to send her check in!
Stamps: coffee set (The Paper Company? they're clear), Teeny Tiny Wishes (the little 'thank you')
Cardstock: Naturals Ivory, Soft Suede
Ink: Black, Soft Suede
Other: Soft Suede/Creamy Caramel markers, sponge dauber, bone folder, Stampin' Dimensionals

Medallion squares
I was in the mood to make some square cards with my Medallion stamp. I loved the Melon Mambo, and then I thought Crushed Curry would be a good contrast to the black as well. I also played around with the position of the Medallion. Stamps: Medallion, Thank You Kindy
Cardstock: Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry, Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink: Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry, Black
Other: Crop-o-dile, Rhinestone brads (yellow and clear), Stampin' Dimensionals
